HHP is a non-profit organization made up of various individuals who share a similar passion: to tackle the critical need in Stephens County for the reduction of animal overpopulation and for the proper and humane care of unwanted, abandoned and stray dogs and cats. Our mission is to improve the lives of animals, alleviate their suffering, and elevate their status in our community. We have just opened our new shelter. It is a healthy, state-of-the-art facility in its concept and design catering specifically to animal care and welfare.
